Don't tell me he's gonna try to use vulgar magic in front of the crowd.

That won't end well for anyone, least of all himself.

@epicarp: Yeah- I'm worried about that too.

But I wouldn't be surprised to be honest. What an arrogant butt.

This is his first time outside Amical's demesne as a mage, too. Hope Rick isn't around to laugh at his first Paradox.

@G.: Rick stands off to the side watching Billy be chased by an Acamoth.

That smirk at the end was just great.

*laughter* Ah, Billy. There's a song that comes to mind with what might be about to happen.

"What have you done, Billy-boy, Billy-boy?
Oh what have you done, charming Billy~

You're arrogant and loud
You used magic in a crowd
Without Amical to fix it which was silly."

Although Amical said the collars had cameras -- or at least the equivalent. So maybe he'll follow the rules. Maybe he just wants to make sure his fame doesn't fade.

@shylarah: Seems logical. At the very worst he'll likely do something to make himself seem more .. powerful maybe. My real question- as with all of the others- is whether they'll find their Unseen Senses triggered in a seemingly ordinary place or situation. Am I right in understanding that Mage Sight, although a spell, doesn't trigger Disbelief/paradox when used only on yourself? If so he might well discover some fearsome creatures hiding among the crowd...

@burningtyger: That's right, basically spells without a visual effect or component that wouldn't seem suspicious to a mundane onlooker are okay. Mage Sight is one of those things.

@ChibiSilverWings: Good; it's always nice to know who or what you're up against. Also we don't see Billy actually TELLING Rick where to go... (Also the Vulgar/covert distinction has been nixed by 2E BTW)
