I'll be honest, whenever I hear her last name I always think of the way Coach says the name in L4D2. 'Ellis? Ellis, is thatchu?'

But on-topic, how's Ken gonna react to this? Asia on the phone, but unable to share any proper details...except maybe the fact she *can't* share details.

Those black frames were a little odd but effective. Jolting, which is sort of like how Asia must feel, unable to get anything through.

That’s how I like my stories
Suspense, suspense, suspense. That feeling when you can’t wait to see what’s going to happen next.

Asia looks remarkably more emotive in her close up. I find it surprising that she is more affected by not being able to communicate than she was by the murders. Perhaps she is just used to dealing with things like that from her work with her father-figure.

Ken: "I filed police report. Contacted college. Said you've been absent for two weeks. Can't track your cellphone. You still have it?"

There are words missing from the first two sentences and potentially from the third as well, yet I'm not sure if this is intentional or not. Are these missing words typos or just how Ken speaks, or maybe the way he speaks under such tense circumstances?

@Lunaroki: Thanks for keeping an eye out, in this case they are indeed intentional.

@Ethrenal: Indeed. But as the text points out, she was holding it in until now.
