Welcome to Investigation Mode! Learning all new coding commands and working super hard to bring you this is our diligent Craig. On this page there are two yellows and one red. Right now this is a simple first try of what we hope to expand in the future! We have lots of ideas we want to try and I'm so pleased with how this one turned out!
this is so cool and when you notice the title it gets better! If its a Wits plus Compsure check we only get a couple things. makes sense. Maybe there will be an investigaion roll later and we will see more?
@Malkavian: That's the idea. Right now the seedlings are just checking out a new environment and we're introducing the new element for the audience to be familiar with it. When they go for a more in-depth search of environments in the future there'll be more items to interact with.
@Muir: That is intentional. The yellow items are ones you get information on and the red one activates the next "scene" which will be Saturday's comic. The link will work when the new comic is live.
@Flare the Ninetales: Thank you so much! It means a lot to us. And to everyone else, your kind comments were such a highlight of our day!
Flash uses a programming language called "ActionScript" which is stupidly complicated for us non-coder types. I don't know a lot about programming languages so I can't say what other language it's most similar to. He's been learning it just for this comic and I think he's been doing an incredible job.
Bravo! Though Curio's making it REALLY hard to Love and Tolerate him.I'd have loved some ambient sound though; being able to hear the fire crackle, maybe even see a slight shimmer, would have made me feel I was in the room too.
